Characteristics of Successful Entrepreneurs

According to Randy Duermyer and Sujan Patel, the qualities that the successful entrepreneurs usually have are the following.

1. Passionate. Many entrepreneurs said that passion is one of their keys to achieve success. So, definitely this bunch of people are really passionate. They love what they are doing and that is why, they often reach the peak of triumph. They also said that when your passion becomes your profession, then it will become a win-win situation. 

2. Independent-Thinker. They are called independent thinkers because they usually think outside the box. They like to think about things that are beyond other people’s imagination. Their ideas usually comes from their own observations, understandings and conclusions. 

3. Optimistic. Entrepreneurs are dreamers and thinkers. They always think and dream positively. When an idea came to their mind, they usually think that it is possible to happen even if it seems not. They are the primary believers that their business will going to be successful and that it will produce long-term positive results. 

4. Self-confidence. Entrepreneurs truly possesses a lot of self-confidence. This does not mean that they do not have a moment of self-doubt, but they can usually overcome it. They have an overflowing confidence that they can achieve anything that they planned of. 

5. Resourceful. Not all entrepreneurs have the knowledge, assets, and abilities to become a successful entrepreneur, but they manage to get what they need and use them appropriately. They find ways to overcome the challenges and problems that got on their way. 

6. Tenacity. Entrepreneurs are tenacious people. They are determined to achieve their goal even if many obstacles prevent them from getting it. They are very persistent and they do not quit. They always work hard to be triumphant. Their motto is “try and try until you succeed”. 

7. Visionary. Entrepreneurs, using their imagination and wisdom, always plan their future. They always has a goal to achieve in their minds. This is their way of starting aiming their goals. They have a powerful mindset that someday they will finally experience the taste of victory. 

8. Focused. Although many entrepreneurs are engaged with different activities in their lives, they are still very focused on their goals especially when it comes to business. They are very focused on bringing results from their actions. 

9. Action-Oriented. Despite the fact that entrepreneurs are great dreamers, they are very action-oriented, They do not just pray and let things happen on its own. They are doers. They believe that words are more effective when they were put into actions.
